If you believe your product is defective, please fill in the contact form below with a description of the defect, a close-up photo and a Order ID. Our Customer Care Team will get back to you as soon as possible to guide you through the next steps.
If, upon inspection, we determine that the product is defective, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or we fail to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date for exchange, or refund. Further instructions will be given by our Customer Care Team.
Return & Refund
Please make sure the following conditions are met:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
- No later than 30 days from the actual date of purchase date.
- Please provide pictures of broken parts when you contact Spirit of Phoenix Sweden Customer Care Team
- Please provide your order ID together with your receipt.
Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue you an exchange or a full refund for your purchase.
